Howard Pai
is the Owner of Integrative Rehabilitation. He is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist and Registered Kinesiologist who provides Vocational and Active Rehabilitation services for personal injuries and chronic illnesses. He handles complex medical-legal cases and specializes in psycho-vocational rehabilitation. He has over 10 years of therapeutic rehabilitation experience, where he has worked with various insurance companies to identify treatment solutions, as well as experience as a Functional Capacity Evaluator. Qualifications: Member of VRA and BCAK, Registered Rehabilitation Professional, Certified Matheson Functional Capacity Evaluator, Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Advanced Exercise Prescription Module, soft tissue release, fascial stretch therapy, and spinal assessment.

Sheena Sharma
is a Clinic Manager at Integrative Rehabilitation. She was born and raised in India where she completed her Bachelors in Dental Surgery. She then acquired her Masters in Administrative Sciences with specialization in Global Health and Human Services from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She joined Integrative Rehabilitation to provide administrative support and to coordinate all clinic needs. Her strongest asset is to provide exemplary customer service and to provide that at this multifaceted environment with dynamic situations. Sheena enjoys spending time with her family and friends , travelling, and listening to music.

Brenda Murillo
is a member of the executive team and the Office Manager at Integrative Rehabilitation. She is a Registered Kinesiologist who graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She is passionate about helping people overcoming barriers to live more fulfilling lives. She has worked with people of varying abilities and ages, including people living with spinal cord injuries as well as those on the autism spectrum. She believes in the value of being physically active and aims to help people do so in whatever means they choose. She chooses to do this primarily through playing soccer and hiking.

Sereen Hon
is a member of the executive team and the Clinical Coordinator at Integrative Rehabilitation. She is a Registered Kinesiologist and a practicing member of BCAK. She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. Sereen has a passion for helping people achieve their movement goals through evidence-based practises. Understanding that each person has their own set of barriers and goals, she values listening to clients’ stories to develop individualized programs. Outside of Integrative Rehab, she enjoys coaching figure skating, volunteering at SFU’s anatomy lab, hiking, and cooking.

Sandeep Aujla
is a Registered Kinesiologist and Rehabilitation Manager at Integrative Rehabilitation. She is a practicing member of the BCAK, who graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology concentrating in Exercise Science. She is also a certified Personal Trainer, and is certified through BCRPA. She possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of dynamic human movement, and her purpose is to help others live a pain free life through enhancing their movement, functional capacity and overall health, with the end goal of improving quality of life. She promotes the dimensions of wellness that encompasses six aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, social,
spiritual, intellectual, and occupational. She enjoys being active, whether that be in the gym, in a yoga studio or up on a mountain.

Kyla Joyner
is a Medical Office Assistant at Integrative Rehabilitation. As an MOA with over 25 years of experience working in the medical field she enjoys helping people along the way to reaching their goals. She takes satisfaction from the first visit to seeing their successful growth and completion. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family,
finding new restaurants around town and relaxing watching Netflix.
Serena Galali
is a Medical Office Assistant at Integrative Rehab. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Criminology with a minor in Psychology at Douglas College. With just over 10 years combined of admin and customer service experience, she has developed a strong passion for helping people and being a part of making a client/guest's experience(s) the best it can be. She has always enjoyed being active, prioritizing personal health in all aspects, am always looking for opportunities to grow in learning about health and wellness, and always encourage others to do the same. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking and hiking, swimming, going to the gym, and going to the movies.

Robyn Miles
is an Occupational Therapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. She is originally from Alberta and completed her master's degree in Occupational Therapy there and moved to BC shortly afterwards. She has in-school practical training as well as work experience in complex injury rehabilitation and return to work and life after an injury. Practical training and work experience also includes acute care, mental health, as well as developmental pediatrics. Robyn has additional training in “best practice in pain management” as well as a diverse array of work experience with various populations both in Canada and overseas.

Sepehr Jahanshahi
is a Physiotherapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. Sepehr finished his bachelor of Physiotherapy at Shiraz University, Iran in 2008. He attended the Bridging Program in University of Toronto to improve his hands on techniques. He has been treating clients with musculoskeletal conditions since 2008 with using Manual Therapy techniques such as Muscle Energy, Spinal Manipulation and Mulligan techniques. He is certified in IMS (Dry Needling) and has been using this techniques for over 7 years to help patients manage their acute and chronic pains. Sepehr has been doing many sports which have helped him understand the mechanics of sport injuries and how to return to sports after an incidence. He enjoys long distance running, hiking, kayaking, tennis and weight lifting.

Mahboobeh Khosravi
is a Physiotherapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. She is a highly trained and skilled physiotherapist who is passionate about optimizing physical health and promoting active lifestyles.
She has been working as a physiotherapist since 1998. She has obtained a Master’s degree in Physical Education and sports science, Sports Physiology, also a Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in Iran. Then Mahboobeh’s pursuit of excellence led her to McGill University and McMaster, where she evaluated and obtained a degree in physiotherapy and a certificate in Geriatric. She is licensed and registered with Quebec, Ontario, and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Mahboobeh’s journey includes a range of valuable certifications and in her treatments, she employs a multifaceted approach, combining mobility exercises, strengthening techniques motor control and stabilization methods, as well as Mckenzie therapy(MDT), Mulligan technics, and Manual therapy. Her expertise extends to training a range of musculoskeletal conditions, encompassing the spine, joints, muscles, and nerves.

Siva Harigovindan
is a physiotherapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. He graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in physiotherapy from the Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in Chennai, India in 1999 and completed his Masters in Sports Therapy at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India in 2002. He has worked in private practice and multi-specialty hospital settings and private physiotherapy schools in India for more than 15 years. Siva is a member and in good standing with the Physiotherapy Association of BC (PABC). He recently completed (2019) his diploma in dry needling from the Functional Dry Needling Institute of UK ; his Level 1 in Fascial manipulation with the Registered Therapists of Fascial Manipulation®; his level 1 and 2 in Vestibular rehabilitation with Mr. Bernard Tonks; and his level 1 in Functional Biomechanics with Dr. Jay Grossman. Siva is fluent in communicating in various Indian languages such as Tamil, English, Hindi, Saurashtra, Malayalam, Gujarati and Punjabi.

Mandeep Takhar
is a Physiotherapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. He received his Honours in Physiotherapy while studying in the
United Kingdom. Prior to this he completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and received a certificate in Health and Fitness Studies from Simon Fraser University. He has since achieved certifications in myofascial cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and kinesiology taping.
Mandeep has also worked as a personal trainer and carries forward his knowledge of health and fitness into his physiotherapy practice. He has experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including injuries related to motor vehicle accidents, workplace, and sports. He continues to pursue professional development opportunities to better serve his clients. He primarily uses manual therapy and exercise as the focal point of his treatments.

Christina Wong
is a Physiotherapist graduated from the University of British Columbia with high honours. She has extensive experience working with people suffering from motor vehicle injuries, work-related injuries, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, acute and chronic pain, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, concussions, and vestibular conditions. She has worked with Howard to assist with getting clients back to their pre-injury function. She is certified in acupuncture and intramuscular stimulation (IMS).

Vishwa Shukla
is a Physiotherapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. She Graduated from the University in Gujarat, India. She completed Health , Wellness and Fitness courses later on from Mohawk College , Ontario in 2017. Having a background of fitness and wellness she strongly believes that active exercise and mindfulness together gives best results in recovering from any injury. She uses manual therapy , active rehab and modalities as a combination for her treatment. She loves to go out on hikes , travel and do yoga and meditation during her spare time .
Celine Kwon
is a Registered Acupuncturist, laser technician and esthetician. She specializes in skin issues (especially acne, eczema, problematic skin), and internal health.

Dr. Pavendeep Parmar
is an experienced licensed Chiropractic Doctor who will come up with a personalized treatment plan for each patient. is a Chiropractor who graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors Degree in Science in 1991. Dr. Ali Amiri
is a Chiropractor who has over 10 years of experience in private practice, and has been able to help thousands of clients eliminate pain and suffering. After delivering over 100,000 chiropractic treatments to people ranging from infants to those in their 90’s, he aims to provide a safe, gentle and effective treatment plan to get you the results you are after. Sharon Chiu
is a Registered Massage Therapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. Sharon graduated from the Registered Massage Therapist program at Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy, and also certificated with Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization(IASTM) and Sound Wave Driving Technique(SWDT).
Sharon cares about her clients and has great passion on wellness massage. She is open-minded to western and eastern healthcare knowledge and modalities, this allows her to design unique treatment plans that meet each client’s need. Derrick Hsieh
is a Registered Massage Therapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. He is a 2023 graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy (Victoria campus). Stacy Cherewyk
is a massage body worker with Integrative Rehabilitation. Stacy graduated with honors from the RMT program at the Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy. She is working toward obtaining her RMT license. Her enthusiasm for and confidence in the effectiveness of massage therapy began with her own very positive experiences with receiving massage therapy for her own neck pain. Going through the rehabilitation process with chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage, sparked a strong interest in rehabilitation and instilled an unwavering compassion for people living with chronic pain. Stacy is skilled at helping clients reduce their muscle pain and stiffness while encouraging relaxation using various modalities such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, passive stretching, and hydrotherapy. Batyr Sultanov
is a Registered Massage Therapist at Integrative Rehab. He is a dedicated massage therapist, graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. His journey began with experiencing the trans-formative effects of massage therapy on his own lower back pain, leading him to embrace this field wholeheartedly. Driven by a desire to contribute to its healing potential, Batyr committed himself to mastering various techniques and modalities.

Marc Fortin
is a Registered Massage Therapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. Marc graduated from National Institute’s program in massage therapy in Ontario and had a private practice as an RMT for 3 years before moving to B.C. and joining the team at Integrative rehabilitation. Marc works with your muscles, joints and connective tissue to promote healing responses in the body. He focuses treatment on your areas of concern to gently restore the joy of movement.

Chris Mun
is a Registered Massage Therapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. He graduated Vancouver Career College and received a diploma in Registered Massage Therapy. He is a part of CMTBC and RMTBC.
Chris likes to use Swedish techniques mainly that should not be just a painful experience, but rather a relaxing experience. He also enjoys using another variety of modalities such as; Trigger point release therapy, Myofascial release therapy, Deep tissue therapy, and Joint mobilization therapy.

Victor Gao
is a Registered Massage Therapist at Integrative Rehabilitation. He graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. He is comfortable treating a diverse range of patient populations having worked within the scope of stress management, musculoskeletal conditions, nervous system conditions, athletic performance, and pregnancy.
Victor is able to use techniques from various branches of manual therapy including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular techniques, and PNF stretching. Where appropriate, he believes heavily in incorporating aspects of relaxation, movement, and guidance within his treatments.

Counselling
Kiran Dosanjh
is a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Integrative Rehab. She helps patients by listening, supporting, and guiding them in life. She also helps patients deal with anxiety, stress, or the demands of everyday life,
parenting, or grieving the loss of a loved one.
Before entering the counselling profession, she worked as a high school Math and Science teacher. During this time, she saw the multitude of issues that students can bring to school. These experiences led her to pursue a degree in counselling, so she could effectively advocate for the mental health of these students.
Over the past five years she has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including schools, ICBC, grief and loss counselling. Kiran uses CBT and a person-centered approach, and work on supporting her clients through a therapeutic relationship built on trust, acceptance safety, and empathy.

Celine Du
is a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Integrative Rehabilitation. She received her Master of Counselling Degree from the
City University of Seattle in Canada and is registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
Celine works with individuals, couples, and families. She is also a family therapist volunteering at Moving Forward Family Services (MFFS). Her professional practice focuses on supporting her clients in addressing concerns that interfere with their aspired way of life by facilitating their desired changes into the problems.
She provides appropriate interventions and treatments to help clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief in immigration, marital conflicts, low self-esteem, and suicidality. Through a safe and supporting environment, she hopes to offer a non-judgmental and empathetic space that helps them overcome their challenges and pain.
The modalities she uses are Structural Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Sara Arwin
is a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Integrative Rehabilitation. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
Sara has worked in private practice and with the BC Society of Male Survivors of Sexual Abuse (BCSMSSA). She has volunteered at the Crisis Intervention & Suicide Prevention Centre of BC in Vancouver BC for over three years providing crisis intervention to individuals. She is well versed in providing treatment and support to adults struggling with childhood trauma, PTSD, substance use and addictions, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health challenges.

Tom Tang
is a Registered Kinesiologist at Integrative Rehabilitation and a practicing member of BCAK. He graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, where he focused on Active Health and Rehabilitation. Additionally, He was a certified snowboard instructor with the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors. During his undergraduate studies, he gained a professional background in nutrition and sports injury prevention. His dedication is to use scientific methods to customize programs, including diets and exercises, to help my clients build a healthy lifestyle. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, surfing, playing basketball, and hiking.

Kirsten Wong
is a Registered Kinesiologist at Integrative Rehabilitation. She graduated from Capilano University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology concentrating in Exercise Science. She uses an evidence-based approach in active rehab and strongly advocates that exercise is medicine. Kirsten strives to create personalized exercise programs that will help return clients to their full potential by providing progressive exercise programs and tips on fundamental movements. Outside of work, she loves to go to the gym, go out with friends, and play video games.
Rozhan (Rose) Aali
is a Registered Kinesiologist at Integrative Rehabilitation and a practicing member of BCAK. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a specialization in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences from the
University of British Columbia. Rozhan is also a certified indoor group cycling instructor.
In addition to her clinical work, Rozhan is actively involved in research, which keeps her up to date with the latest advancements in the field of kinesiology. This involvement allows her to apply evidence-based practices in her rehabilitation programs. With a passion for enhancing the well-being and functional capacity of diverse populations, Rozhan tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on injury prevention, movement optimization, and improving quality of life.

Tanisha Bhatia
is a Registered Kinesiologist and a practicing member of BCAK. She graduated from Trinity Western University with a Bachelors in Human Kinetics (Kinesiology stream). She is passionate about sports and that has led me to work as a student athletic therapist. She is also passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries and preventing future issues through therapeutic exercises, mobility work and corrective techniques.

Catherine Mo
is a Kinesioloigst at Integrative Rehabilitation. She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Gerontology. She has been working in a long term care facility for over ten years. She has a passion for supporting the seniors to stay active and to maintain independence. Catherine has two daughters and she enjoys spending time with her family.

Kajal Dhudwal
is a Registered Kinesiologist at Integrative Rehabilitation. Kajal graduated with a Bachelors in Physical Education & Coaching
(Kinesiology Concentration), and is now a practicing member of the BCAK.
She creates customized, progressive exercise programs that will aim to regain strength and fitness abilities that have been affected by your injury. She also loves educating patients on how to effectively use proper muscles and body mechanics to help improve body function and reduce pain. Outside of the clinic, you can find Kajal at the gym or spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

is a Registered Kinesiologist at Integrative Rehabilitation and is a practicing member of the BCAK. She graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology where she competed on the Cougar’s soccer team for 5 years. Jet is a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP and has experience working with a wide variety of individuals who have physical challenges or disabilities. Her true passion lies in working with children and providing therapy services to support their optimal health and development as well as enjoyment of life. Jet looks forward to assisting her clients on their journey to mental and physical wellness.

Sarah Haimanot
is an experienced clinical dietitian who is registered with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia and the Health and Professions Council in England.
She holds a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Sciences, Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and a Masters of Science in Dietetics.
She has worked as a clinical dietitian in both England and Canada across a wide variety of different clinical settings. Most recently she has worked at Vancouver General Hospital acute inpatients wards and GF Strong rehabilitation centre where she worked closely with clients to provide nutrition interventions and education. She also has experience working as a consulting dietitian in long-term care facilities and outpatient clinical settings. She has extensive experience working with clients with chronic diseases (such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases) as well as weight management, gut health, malnutrition and dysphagia needs.
