Yes, we offer direct billing to various extended health providers. Availability of this service is dependent on your carrier and/or plan. Please note that all fees are ultimately the responsibility of the patient. If your insurance provider’s direct billing portal is not working on the day of your appointment or the claim does not go through, you will pay the full amount of your visit up front. For example, wearing a tank top for a shoulder injury. For active rehabilitation sessions, clothes you can freely move in as well as running shoes are recommended. Pool sessions require a bathing suit or swimming shorts as well as a towel and personal lock.

Do you offer MSP Premium Assistance Services?

Yes, we offer MSP Premium Assistance Services. Premium Assistance is a special program run by the BC Ministry of Health for low-income individuals. Under Premium Assistance, individuals can receive partial coverage for services like physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, and chiropractic care. Under this program, you can have 10 visits of any mix of the above services throughout a calendar year. If you have Premium Assistance coverage, simply bring in your CareCard to your appointment and our front desk staff can bill a portion of your appointment fee directly to the Ministry of Health on your behalf, leaving you to pay only the patient user fee associated with your treatment session.
